Follow this guide before submitting a proposal or book manuscript so the editorial workflow can run clearly and efficiently.

Prepare manuscript

Use the book template, complete the metadata, and organize the manuscript by chapter.

Submit the manuscript, temporary cover if available, author biography, and supporting documents through OMP.

The publisher checks completeness, scope fit, originality, and production readiness.

Produce and publish

The manuscript proceeds to layout, ISBN, catalog metadata, and publication according to the publisher decision.

Checklist

Files to prepare

  • The manuscript is original work and ready for the publisher's editorial process.
  • Title, subtitle, synopsis, keywords, author names, affiliations, and emails are complete.
  • The manuscript file uses DOCX format and follows the book template structure.
  • Images, tables, charts, or illustrations include clear captions and sources.
  • References are consistent and every in-text citation appears in the reference list.

Scope fit

Make sure the book topic fits the publisher focus and has academic, educational, or professional value.

File name

Use clear file names, such as BookTitle_AuthorName_Manuscript.docx.
